When Cooper woke up the next morning, his own personal chest (Chest 7) had developed a green patina. When copper is exposed to oxygen for a long time it reacts by becoming green. That process is called oxidation. The green surface is called a patina.
Our favorite copper golem wasted no time and went right back to work sorting chests! He found some dark oak planks and decided to put them in Chest 1.
Master Ryan entered the room just as the copper golem went to the enchantment room to make sure there weren’t any dark oak planks lying around there. He didn’t see any more so he returned to Chest 1.
“The copper golem,” Master Ryan said. “I think I’ll name him Cooper.”
Cooper was so happy to officially have a name that he twirled in excitement! Mama Hen was right! Master Ryan did name him soon!
“Look at him absolutely opening those chests.”
Master Ryan turned around to greet Mama Hen with a kiss. “Mwah!”
Cooper made his way to the chest room to continue his work.
“I organized some chests alongside Cooper.” Master Ryan said. Cooper smiled, thinking of the memory. “I uh… I’ll show you what else we did here.” He left the Chicken House. Cooper assumes Master Ryan left to show his chickens something of great importance.
Master Ryan returns quicker than Cooper could twirl his copper head!
“Yeah, I’ll probably plant a couple more cherry blossoms. I just want to get an axe,” Master Ryan went to the chest room. “Do I have an axe? Oh yeah, here we go. Iron axe. That’s valuable. That’s good to have.”
Cooper was glad that Master Ryan was able to find an axe so easily. He had cataloged in his mind that all of the master’s tools could be found in Chest 4.
Master Ryan walked over to a wall near Jared’s aquarium. “Joyride on the wall, check!”
Joyride? Cooper wondered.
Master Ryan left the Chicken House again.
Cooper walked over to Mama Hen and asked, “What’s Joyride?”
“What’s Joyride? Oh, dear Cooper. You must know about Joyride!”
He shakes his copper head no.
“Joyride is Master Ryan’s candy! It’s got less sugar and no fake colors-”
Jared swam over. “But most importantly it tastes AMAZING!! Mr. Cooper, you should try some! Master Ryan has some on the wall right over there!”
Cooper approached the wall where the Joyride hung.
Oh yeah, Cooper thought. I’ve seen this in the chests! It’s a blue bag of Blue Raspberry Strips!
“Are you sure Master Ryan will be okay with me trying some of the Joyride?” Cooper asked.
“Of course! Go on!” Mama Hen encouraged.
Cooper took one strip out of the bag and into his mouth. There was an explosion of sourness and sweetness! Cooper had never eaten blue raspberries or any other colored raspberries before but if they taste as good as this Joyride then he’d like to have a whole lot more!
“This is the best thing I’ve ever tasted!” Cooper told his friends.
“Have you ever had fish?” Jared asked.
Cooper shook his head.
“I don’t know if we have fish,” Mama Hen said. “But I know Master Ryan has a lot of baked potatoes in one of his furnaces down there.” She looked down the hall to a room that Cooper hadn’t been to yet.
“Do you wanna try the baked potatoes, Cooper?” Mama Hen asked when she noticed Cooper’s stare of longing in the direction of the furnaces.
Cooper nodded his head.
“Go ahead and try some!” Mama Hen said.
Cooper didn’t need to be told twice! He sauntered down the hall into the uncharted room. Furnaces are kind of like chests because they can store things, but Cooper wasn’t made to sort furnaces! It seemed a bit weird looking through these stoney non-chest objects. Finally, he found the baked potatoes!
He took out one baked potato and bit into it.
Cooper instantly decided that baked potatoes are the best food to have ever been created in World3000. They were even more delicious with Joyride! Cooper was glad that he had so much food down here in the Chicken House.
The next day Cooper watched Master Ryan descend the ladder and enter the room. He said, “Yeaaaah, okay that’s not gonna do. I’m gonna have to figure out how to not let Jackson escape. Because we know Jackson will escape if he has the option.”
Cooper side eyed Master Ryan. Who is Jackson and why does he want to escape?! Cooper wondered. Should Jackson escape? Is Jackson trying to escape World3000? Why would Jackson want to escape World3000? Maybe he hasn’t tried the Joyride and baked potatoes yet.
Cooper wished he could talk to Jackson and tell him how amazing World3000 was.
Master Ryan left the Chicken House again. He seemed to do this a lot.
When he returned, he said, “So seriously I have a ton of pumpkin pies. What’s going on with that? Yes, I’m gonna eat them.”
Cooper continued organizing chests until he heard Master Ryan say, “We are going mining! Which feels really good.”
The copper golem became a bit worried for a moment, thinking about the mines. Jared said that when Master Ryan went to get him from the mines, he had to fight off an entire army of skeletons on the ledge of a cave wall! What other kinds of danger might Master Ryan encounter while in the mines?
Master Ryan brandishes his enchanted diamond pickaxe. “Got my steaks, torches.”
Cooper and Mama Hen both stood in front of Master Ryan and waved to him goodbye.
“Alright! Let’s go down to the mines!” He declared. And then he went down the stairs deep into the dark and dangerous mines.
Cooper wondered if he would ever see Master Ryan again.

Fellow chickens of World3000! I am nearly finished writing Part 4 for The Adventures of Cooper the Copper Golem, but I need your help! At the start of Part 4, there is a chicken who talks to Jared the Axolotl. The chicken isn't a Chicken of the Week and it wasn't a chicken from the chicken farm. It was just a regular chicken wandering outside of the Chicken House (The chicken can be seen at about 06:04 to the left of the cow pen in the RAGE QUIT video). My question for you all is: What should this chicken be named? It can be any name or even your name! Comment down below and I will randomly pick a name for the chicken who talks to Jared in Part 4.
Have a great day! Bwak bwak!
